Helene is a dancing vet who couldn’t decide what she wanted to be, so she became both. She loves creating and performing site specific works and forming a deep connection with the environment that’s inspiring the work. She feels very privileged to be able to connect with her artist friends and create some magic together. Her mission in life is to share the power of dance to as many people as possible in her local community by teaching classes under Paeroa Contemporary Dance and teaching at Goldfields School.
Narcisse is a performer that studied literature and belly dancing in France before finding her way to Aotearoa. In Raglan where she resides, she became the MC and one of the dancers of the infamous Forest Dome events. Her love for loud speeches, body movements and bright colours transformed her today into the charismatic parrot who will guide you through this journey... Follow the path!
Margaret's foundation for dance lies in the somatic movement, improvisation and performance she did for fifteen years abroad in Europe. Now home, she is a Contact C.A.R.E practitioner, movement facilitator and honoured dancer of some of the finest ideas rural NZ offers.
Veronica is a freelance dancer from Italy. She was based in Wellington for several years where she collaborated and performed in dance and theatre projects and taught contemporary dance and yoga. Nowadays she’s building a house truck with her partner and she’s interested in connecting with communities around Aotearoa through holistic practices, art movement and love for life. She loves anything that allows the body to exist authentically, to be felt and expressed.
Roshan is a mother of 2 and teaches music to children and adults in Hauraki.
