Classes: ‘Dancing into Wellbeing/Movement for Wellbeing’

We are very pleased to offer a series of open morning community classes on Thursday mornings beginning on Thursday 10th January. This first free class will be a ‘Dancing into Wellbeing/Movement for Wellbeing’ class taught by Karen from 9.30-10.30am, followed by coffee/tea chat to welcome in the new year together. There will be regular Thursday classes throughout January and February. Check here for class type and teacher as we will offer a range of classes. All welcome.
